DIM SUM
Dim Sum, means ‘a touch of heart’, a tapas style of small dumplings, buns and rolls. Eating Dim Sum is an art of sharing where a variety of savoury and sweet dishes either steamed, fried, baked or chilled will tickle every sense of your palates.
